All estimates provided through our website, email, phone or text are preliminary and based on information supplied by the client.
Final pricing may change after:
- On-site measurements
- Material selections
- Scope adjustments
- Hidden wall conditions
- Structural or electrical limitations
3. Deposits & Scheduling
Project dates are not reserved until a deposit is received.
Deposits secure scheduling, material planning and production time.
Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
4. Custom Work
All projects are custom-built based on client specifications.
Because of the custom nature of our work:
- Design changes after approval may affect pricing
- Material upgrades may affect timeline
- Final appearance may vary slightly from digital concepts or inspiration photos
5. Electrical / Plumbing / Gas
Lux Wall Studio does not perform licensed gas, plumbing or major electrical relocation unless separately arranged through licensed professionals.
Clients are responsible for obtaining required approvals where applicable.
